A UGC rate card, ready to send.
A UGC rate card is a one-page price list for brands: who you are, your numbers, and what each piece of content costs. In UGC Planner you fill in your details once, pick one of five styles, and send it as a PDF or a public link.
- 5styles: Editorial, Boutique, Studio, Noir and Minimal
- PDF or linkexport a PDF, or share a public link
- 10uploaded rate cards kept, ready to share again
What should a UGC rate card include?
Enough for a brand to say yes without a call. UGC Planner's rate card has a place for each of these:
| Section | What to put there | In UGC Planner |
|---|---|---|
| Who you are | Name, handles, niche, location, a one-line tagline, a photo | Profile fields; Instagram can fill in your handle and bio |
| Your audience | Followers, average engagement, collabs completed | Instagram, TikTok and YouTube fields; Instagram followers can fill in |
| Content rates | One row per deliverable: UGC video, Reel, TikTok, photo set | As many rows as you need; write a price or “from $400” |
| Past collabs | Brands you have worked with | A list of brands |
| Contact | Where to reach you | Your email |
Quote usage rights, whitelisting or rush delivery up front? Add them as their own rows. On a deal, UGC Planner keeps usage rights, exclusivity, whitelisting and an extra fee per deliverable.
Which rate card styles are there?
Five, all included in both plans. The content is the same in each; pick the one that looks like you, then an accent colour.
How do brands get my rate card?
Two ways. Export a PDF to attach to an email or a DM. Or create a link: UGC Planner uploads the PDF and gives you a permanent public link to paste anywhere.
- Your rate card sits in Media Hub next to your media kit and portfolio.
Can I use the rate card I made in Canva?
Yes. Upload the PDF or image you already have and UGC Planner saves it with your other rate cards, ready to share again. Or start a new one from your details.
How should a UGC creator price a rate card?
Price each deliverable on its own line, so a brand can pick. Then name what changes the value of a piece, and price it separately: how long and where the brand can run it (usage rights), whether you can work with competitors meanwhile (exclusivity), running ads from your account (whitelisting), and a rush deadline.
When a brand says yes, the same numbers go onto the deal, where UGC Planner keeps the deliverables, usage rights and the agreed total, and builds the invoice from them. See the UGC tracker.

Common questions
What is a UGC rate card?
A one-page price list a UGC creator sends brands: who you are, your audience numbers, and the price of each type of content you make.
What is the difference between a rate card and a media kit?
A rate card is about price: what you make and what it costs. A media kit is about you: your story, audience, past brands and examples, often with rates at the end. UGC Planner makes both; see UGC media kit.
Do I have to connect Instagram?
No. Every field can be typed in. Connecting Instagram is optional and fills in your handle, follower count and bio.
Can I show prices in my currency?
Yes. A plain number gets your account currency's symbol, or write the price however you quote it, like “from $400”.
Is the rate card maker included in my plan?
Yes. All five styles, PDF export and shareable links are part of both Base and Pro.
