A CRM built for UGC creators

A UGC CRM is an app that keeps a creator's brand relationships and paid work in one place: who the brand is, what was agreed, what is due and whether it has been paid. UGC Planner is a mobile CRM for UGC creators, on iPhone and Android.

What does a UGC CRM keep track of?

Everything that happens after a brand says yes. In UGC Planner it lives in six places, and each deal links them together.

Where each record lives in UGC Planner
RecordWhere it livesWhat it holds
BrandsBrand directoryEvery brand you work with, its collab history and what it has paid you.
DealsDealsThe brief, collab type, deliverables, usage rights, product shipping, deadline and stage.
DeadlinesCalendar and TodayDeal deadlines next to shoots, meetings and travel, with notifications.
DeliveriesDropThe files you send, the link settings and every open, play and download.
InvoicesInvoicesInvoices built from deals, sent by email or as a PDF, marked paid.
MoneyMoneyIncome, expenses, the monthly goal and the tax set-aside.

Is a UGC CRM the same as a UGC marketplace?

No. A marketplace connects creators with brands, and many charge a fee or a commission. UGC Planner does neither: it does not find brands for you and never takes a cut of your deals. Brands pay you directly, and the app runs everything after they say yes: the deal, the files, the invoice and the money.

What does UGC Planner replace?

Most creators start with a mix of general tools. These are the eight UGC Planner is built to replace.

Common questions

Is UGC Planner a CRM for UGC creators?

Yes. It works as a mobile CRM for UGC creators: a brand directory with your full collab history, a deal pipeline, reminders, delivery links, invoices and a money dashboard.

Does UGC Planner find brand deals for me?

No. UGC Planner is not a marketplace and does not take a cut of your deals. It organizes everything after a brand says yes: the deal, the content delivery, the invoice and the money.

Is my data private?

Your working records live in the app. Cloud backup stores an encrypted copy so you can restore on another device, and you can turn that backup off in Settings. We do not sell personal information or use third-party advertising trackers.
