Your UGC media kit, in two templates.
A UGC media kit is what you send a brand to show who you are and why to hire you: your niche, numbers, audience, past brands, examples and rates. UGC Planner lays out your details in two templates, a multi-page Presentation deck or a one-page Editorial A4, and exports a PDF you can send anywhere.
- 2templates, both included: Presentation and Editorial
- 8optional sections, from About me to Contact
- 4 + 4photo and video examples with captions
What goes into a UGC media kit?
These are the sections UGC Planner lays out. Every section after the cover can be turned off.
| Section | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Cover | Your photo, name, headline and location |
| About me | A short bio and a second photo |
| Stats | Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest followers, engagement, average post and story reach, 30-day views |
| Audience | Age range, gender split, top locations |
| Rates | Deliverables with prices and a line of description, in groups like Videos and Photos |
| Brands | Brands you have worked with, picked from your brand list |
| Photo examples | Up to four photos with captions |
| Video examples | Up to four stills from your videos, with captions |
| Contact | Email, phone, website and a closing photo |
Instagram followers fill in from a connected account; everything else is yours to type, since Instagram does not share audience demographics.
A deck brands can page through
The Presentation template gives each part its own A4 page: cover, about, photo examples, video examples, rates and contact.
Or everything on one page
The Editorial template fits the whole kit on a single A4 page: you, your numbers, your audience, your rates, the brands and four examples. It's the one to attach when a brand asks for something quick.
Media kit, rate card or portfolio?
A media kit tells your story; a rate card lists your prices; a portfolio shows your work. UGC Planner keeps all three in Media Hub. The portfolio is a one-pager with your stats, the brands you've worked with and up to nine featured photos, shared as a public link or a PDF.
Can I use the media kit I made in Canva?
Yes. Upload the PDF or image you already have and UGC Planner keeps it in Media Hub, ready to share again.

Common questions
What should a UGC media kit include?
Who you are, your audience and numbers, the brands you've worked with, examples of your content, your rates and how to reach you. UGC Planner has a section for each.
Do I need a big following for a media kit?
No. UGC is content a brand uses on its own channels, so your examples and rates matter more than your follower count. You can turn the stats section off.
Can I share my media kit as a link?
Media kits export as a PDF you can send anywhere. Your rate card and portfolio can also be shared as public links.
Do I have to connect Instagram?
No. Connecting Instagram fills in your follower count; everything else is typed by you.
Is the media kit maker included in my plan?
Yes. Both templates and PDF export are part of both Base and Pro.
