Invoices for UGC creators

UGC Planner builds the invoice from the deal. When a paid deal reaches Approved, the app offers to create it with the brand, deliverables and amounts already filled in. Email it to the brand or save a PDF, then mark it paid when the money arrives.

How do I invoice a brand for UGC work?

  1. Move the deal to Approved and accept the offer to create the invoice, or open the deal's ⋮ menu and tap Generate invoice.
  2. Check the invoice number, dates and your payment details.
  3. Pick a template.
  4. Email it to the brand or download the PDF.
  5. When the money arrives, mark the deal paid so the amount lands in Money, and mark the invoice paid so it stops showing as outstanding.

How do I know when an invoice is overdue?

Unpaid invoices stay in Money as outstanding, and the Invoices row there shows how many are overdue. The Today screen also flags a paid deal when the brand still has not paid two weeks after you submitted the content.

Does UGC Planner create invoices?

Yes. When a deal reaches Approved, UGC Planner offers to create the invoice from it. Classic is included on every plan; Pro adds Soft Beauty, Mono Minimal and Boutique templates and custom templates made from a photo of your own invoice. Email it to the brand or download a PDF, then mark it paid.

Can I use my own invoice design?

Yes, on Pro. Add a photo or screenshot of the invoice you use now, place the fields on it, and it becomes your template.
