Your UGC calendar, deadlines included.
A UGC calendar puts brand deadlines next to the rest of your week, so you plan shoots around what is due. In UGC Planner, every deal's deadline and product arrival show up in the calendar on their own, next to the shoots, meetings and travel you add. You get a notification a week before each deadline, two days before and on the day.
- 6event types: Event, Meeting, Shoot, Travel, Personal and Custom
- 3reminders before every deal deadline, at 9 am
- 4ways to repeat: daily, weekly, every two weeks, monthly
What goes on a UGC calendar?
Two kinds of things: the dates that come from your deals, and the plans you add yourself. Tap a day to see both, and add a deal, an event or a reminder from there.
- From your deals: the deadline and the day the product arrives, then Paid or Done once it's settled.
- From you: shoots, meetings, travel and personal plans, each with its own reminder and repeat.
- Reminders for anything else, at the exact time you set.
- By voice: say the event and Voice Fill fills in the title, date and time.
Where does each calendar item come from?
Deal dates follow the deal. Change the deadline on the deal and the calendar changes with it.
| Item | Where it comes from | Reminder |
|---|---|---|
| Deadline | The deal's deadline, until the work is submitted | A week before, two days before, on the day |
| Product arrives | The expected delivery date on the deal | Shows on Today that morning |
| Paid or Done | The day you mark the deal settled | None |
| Shoot, meeting, travel, personal, custom | Events you add, with optional repeats | At the time, or 15 minutes to a week before |
| Reminder | Anything you want to remember | At the time you set |
When do deadline reminders go off?
Three times for every deal deadline: a week before, two days before and on the day, at 9 am your time. Events remind you an hour before by default; pick anything from the moment it starts to a week ahead. All-day events stay quiet unless you choose otherwise.
What should I work on today?
The Today screen opens with what is due today, what arrives today and today's events and reminders. Below it, Worth a glance flags what needs a nudge: a deadline coming up this week, a deal that hasn't moved, a brand that hasn't reviewed your content.
Can I plan Instagram posts too?
On Pro, Feed Planner lays out your Instagram grid, Reels and Stories before you post, for up to five Instagram accounts. It keeps a hashtag library, writes captions with AI on request, and reminds you when it's time to post.

Common questions
Does UGC Planner sync with Google Calendar or Apple Calendar?
Not today. UGC Planner keeps its own calendar, so your deal dates and events live in the app, and the reminders arrive as notifications on your phone.
Do deal deadlines appear in the calendar automatically?
Yes. A deal's deadline and the product's expected arrival show in the calendar as soon as they're on the deal, and move if you change them.
Can I set repeating events?
Yes. An event can repeat every day, every week, every two weeks or every month.
Can I plan Instagram posts?
Yes, on Pro. Feed Planner lets you plan your grid, Reels and Stories for up to five Instagram accounts and reminds you when it's time to post.
Is there a week view?
The calendar shows a month at a time, with Upcoming, Past and Archived lists below it and filters for deadlines or events.
