## Is a UGC CRM the same as a UGC marketplace?

No. A marketplace connects creators with brands, and many charge a fee or a commission. UGC Planner does neither: it does not find brands for you and never takes a cut of your deals. Brands pay you directly, and the app runs everything after they say yes: the deal, the files, the invoice and the money.

### Does UGC Planner find brand deals for me?

No. UGC Planner is not a marketplace and does not take a cut of your deals. It organizes everything after a brand says yes: the deal, the content delivery, the invoice and the money.

### Is my data private?

Your working records live in the app. Cloud backup stores an encrypted copy so you can restore on another device, and you can turn that backup off in Settings. We do not sell personal information or use third-party advertising trackers.
