# UGC deal tracker

The deal tracker in UGC Planner follows each brand collaboration through 15 stages, from Outreach sent to Paid. The brief, deliverables, usage rights, product shipping and deadline sit on one screen, so you always know what is waiting on you and what is waiting on the brand.

## What goes into a deal?

Each deal holds:

- The brand, and where the deal came from: inbound, outbound or a platform.

- The collab type: Paid, Gifted, Gift Card, Affiliate or PR.

- Deliverables with format, quantity and price. The total adds itself up.

- Usage rights with duration, channels and fee, plus exclusivity and whitelisting.

- The tracking number and arrival date for the product the brand ships you.

- The brief, your notes and the deadline.

## What are the 15 deal stages?

Tap the stage on a deal to move it. These are the stages as they appear in the app:

| Product shipping | On the way to you |
| Got product | Product in hand, ready to film |
| In progress | Filming or editing |
| Submitted | Sent to brand for review |
| Revisions requested | Brand asked for changes |
| Approved | Brand confirmed, ready to post |
| Posted | Live, awaiting payment |
| Awaiting payment | Invoice sent, waiting |
| Paid | Money received, archived |
| Declined | Deal didn't go through |

## Can I add a deal by voice?

Yes. Tap the mic and say the deal the way you would tell a friend: the brand, the videos, the rate and the deadline. Voice Fill fills in the fields, in whatever language you speak. Base includes 50 uses in total and Pro is unlimited.

## How do deadline reminders work?

Deal deadlines sit in the calendar next to your own events: shoots, meetings, travel and personal plans, with repeats. You get a notification a week before a deadline, two days before and on the day, and the Today screen shows what needs you first. You can also set reminders for anything else.

## What happens when the brand approves the content?

When a paid deal reaches Approved, UGC Planner offers to create the invoice from it, with the brand, deliverables and amounts filled in. See [invoices](https://ugcplanner.com/features/invoices).
